Please complete this form and return to us either by fax or post, along with copies of your Business Registration Certificate, Contact Details and a copy of your ABN. This information with an initial order is all that is needed to become one of our stockists.
- To enable you to purchase at wholesale prices we require the following minimum order requirements to be met:
- Minimum initial order: $300 (GST inclusive) plus postage
- Minimum re order: No minimum
- Payment before dispatch of order is required – Pipe Dreamink does not hold accounts. Your payment options include Bankcard, Visa, MasterCard, Business Cheque or Direct Deposit. Orders will not be dispatched until we have received payment, or notification of payment if paying by direct deposit. All goods remain the property of Pipe Dreamink until cleared funds are received. As such, any insurance costs applicable during the delivery period are the responsibility of the customer.
- Orders will be sent by Australia Post unless alternative arrangements are requested. Postage & packaging is charged at cost. All overseas orders will be sent Air Mail and with insurance where possible to ensure easy tracking.
- Opals Embossing Enamels are not to be repackaged, or sold individually where otherwise indicated (e.g. Opalettes). Any business found to be doing so will no longer be supplied by Pipe Dreamink, and will be removed from our list of retailers.
- Pipe Dreamink is happy to assist retailers at recognised conventions by providing goods on consignment. This must be organised at least one month prior to the event and may be refused. Unsold goods must be returned in good condition, with lids and boxes cleaned of all price sticker residue. A 5% surcharge will be added to the total cost if lids and boxes have to be cleaned or replaced. Stock must be returned within fourteen days, and payment for consignment stock must be finalised within 7 days of return of stock. If these conditions are not met, retailers will be invoiced for the full amount and will be refused further consignment. Retailers will carry the cost of postage and handling both to and from the event.
