Think bright, fruity and fun colours of the far north areas of Queensland or the Carribean and you will come close to imagining the vibrant tropical range of Opals Embossing Enamels. This is a perfect range to begin with as it contains a wide colour spectrum with orange, hot pink, purple, turquoise and lime green.

Opals Embossing Enamels are available in three different sizes, the Opalettes set, a tweenie jar with 50gm, or the larger jar with 90gm.The Opalette set is the perfect starter set which contains five, 9 gram pots of OPALS. Not only are these sets a great way to try out all the colours, but they also make a great set of 'drop ins' . The tweenie jar (50gm) is a great in-between step. There is enough Opals to make tons of tiles and projects with your heat gun, but to also try melting in a melt pot or skillet to pour moulds or use cookie cutters. For the fully addicted, we would suggest the larger 90gm Jar. This will last you a long time and is perfect for those who are more interested in the jewellery side of Opals - with plenty of powder to melt down and pour embellishments with.

Mango: (orange) Mangoes, with their rich orange colour, fragrant perfume, and sweet flavour typify the exotic tropics. Though not a native of Australia , mangoes are grown commercially throughout tropical Queensland and even into New South Wales .

Macquarie: (teal) Macquarie Harbour is a huge natural harbour on the west coast of Tasmania, named for one of Australia'a first governors. Its isolation led to it being the site of Tasmania's oldest convict settlement at Sarah Island. Today, the area serves as a gateway to exploring the Gordon-Franklin Wild Rivers National Park, and attracts many tourists every year.

Wild Hibiscus: (cerise pink) Few flowers represent the Tropics better than the Hibiscus . The native Australian Hibiscus , which grows in northern Queensland and the Northern Territory , is also called the native rosella. The petals can be eaten, having a tart rhubarb, raspberry flavour.
